Tera R. Wilson is a single mother of a five-year-old. She currently lives in Orange, Texas and uses her spare
time writing poetry and singing -- when she has free time, that is, from playing with her little boy. Tera likes

after reading dry, plainly worded lines
Something sampled with the taste
that stands out from all divine wines
What feeds their growling hunger
after digesting unseasoned, bland rhythm
Something eaten with a flavor
that stands out from good food criticism
What pacifies their inpatient minds
after absorbing unsatisfying written thoughts
Something soothing with warmth
that stands out from school class lessons taught

Silently loud

A brainstorm rumbles thunder breaking sounds
that pour onto paper showering translated words to be found
Positioning into a comfortable place slumbering together
Setting warmly until words break in flight like birds of a feather
Hands reached out and pull the reader in
forcing dream like thoughts to emerge from within
Nursing the mind back to health before freeing into the wild
the imaginations strengthen and dance back into the head of a child
Branching Together Breaking Streams
On a roll gaining speed and multiplying in size
growing in length when I tell make believe lies
Taking advantage of the speech's freedom to be outspoken
or speechless typed words feeding the reader a thoughtful token
The mind is now enriched in a unique running flow splitting into streams
branching out discovering an individualized creation hatching gorgeous scenes
Merging together a river running through unique mountain tops to break
off the side of a cliff spilling a waterfall sparkling into a lake
Smoothing out into calming waters that began
white water rapids catching dreams in their hands
